We ship our parcels with Australia Post, Please allow for up to 7 business days for Australian deliveries and up to 20 business days for international orders. Naked Curve can't control delays caused by factors like weather, acts of nature, natural disasters, or customs hold-ups in the destination country.

If you purchase two or more different items from Naked Curve, there is a possibility that the items could be shipped from different Australian locations.
HANDLING
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing as we are a small business, we do however aim to ship faster where possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking number.
PACKAGING
Our products come from various Australian distributors, so packaging may vary. Rest assured, it's always discreet and doesn't reveal the order contents.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS
If a shipment is undelivered and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any related fees for resending the order.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX
For international orders, be aware that duty, taxes, and customs fees may apply. The carrier might collect these charges upon delivery, and Naked Curve isn't accountable for them. If these costs are billed to us by the carrier, we may charge your credit card without notice.
Orders using an international billing address on a credit card may undergo fraud verification, potentially delaying delivery. For international orders, both the billing and shipping addresses must match.
